Poly Patao Productions
(P3) is an initiative born out of a profound observation made over three decades ago. Faced with a notable absence of diverse representation within Sex positive spaces, Ignacio recognized a critical need to champion the voices of marginalized communities, who often find themselves underserved in such environments. Thus, P3 emerged, dedicated to cultivating a more inclusive landscape within the realm of sexual liberation.
Drawing from personal experiences of homelessness, poverty, and sexual trauma, Ignacio's journey propelled them to pioneer spaces tailored specifically for people of color within the LGBTQI community. Through a multifaceted approach encompassing workshops, events, and mentorship programs, Ignacio actively fosters avenues for empowerment and education.
Central to P3's ethos is the unwavering commitment to amplifying the voices of those historically marginalized within the broader discourse on sexual liberation. By spearheading lectures, workshops, and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders in the sex positive community, Ignacio endeavors to broaden understanding and dismantle barriers that hinder the full participation of marginalized groups.
Moreover, the initiative prioritizes intersectionality, recognizing the unique challenges faced by queer people of color, particularly those navigating poverty and systemic oppression.
Expanding upon the foundation of P3, Ignacio has also spearheaded the creation of Dirty Brown Films, an innovative venture dedicated to amplifying narratives surrounding sex, gender, and sexuality through the powerful medium of film and visual media.
Each project under the Dirty Brown Films banner serves as a catalyst for dialogue, understanding, and social change, inviting audiences to embark on a journey of exploration and empathy, ultimately contributing to a more enlightened and inclusive world for all.
